Job Description

As a Telehealth Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing remote support to clients, conducting assessments, developing return-to-work strategies, and collaborating with employers and medical professionals.

You will have the chance to work with diverse clients, utilizing your clinical knowledge and skills to improve return-to-work outcomes. You will also be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality solutions and making a positive impact in the community.

The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from our Melbourne office or collaborate with our Hobart team while working remotely with clients across Australia.

This position involves:

  • Case management and caseload support
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention programs
  • Collaborating with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Completing various assessments and reviews
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Experience in workplace rehabilitation, preferably with Comcare accreditation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and health benefits of work
