Description

The position involves leading financial system implementations and conversion, with the goal of ensuring seamless business operations. Key responsibilities include migrating and configuring data and systems, providing training and ongoing support to users on cloud-based tools, as well as troubleshooting historical files and legacy system issues.


Responsibilities
  • Lead financial system implementations and conversions
  • Migrate and configure data and systems with minimal disruption to operations
  • Support new user onboarding by preparing clean, reconciled financial data
  • Troubleshoot and clean up historical files and legacy system issues
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users on cloud-based tools
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to align processes and ensure consistency
  • Drive improvements in onboarding and workflows to enhance efficiency

Requirements
  • Highly experienced with Xero and cloud-based financial systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confident in managing systems, solving data problems, and training others
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
