Account Technical Lead

**Role Purpose**:
As an Account Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical resources within the delivery construct for one or more customers. This role involves managing a team of engineers and administrators, ensuring the configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of Information Technology infrastructure within the client's environment. Additionally, you will act as the Technical Account Manager for the Service Delivery Manager.

**Key Accountabilities**: As an integral part of our team, you will:

- Utilize and comply with all relevant NRI methodologies, standards, processes & procedures.
- Maintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations.
- Meet your customers SLA's and achieve your project and support deliverables.
- Manage the infrastructure health of your customer, including validating backups and performing daily checks.
- Ensure all interactions with Customers, NRI, and 3rd parties are supportive and professional.
- Perform performance management activities for technical staff on the customer account/s.
- Drive continual service improvements to increase technical efficiency and the quality of client services.
- Be available to accept escalations 24/7

**Account Technical Lead - Technology Disciplines**: In this role, you will:

- Provide leadership to a team of technical professionals across single or multiple technology disciplines.
- Be hands-on in delivering technically to clients SLA's within your primary technical proficiency.
- Mentor delivery to security standards for design & implementation to the team and customer.

**Capabilities**:

- End User Computing
- Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, implementing policies for compliance and data protection.
- Knowledge of iPad, iPhone deployment, and upgrades via Intune with Windows management desirable.
- Operating System Deployment: Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for efficient and standardized OS deployment.
