Key Responsibilities

The ideal Learning Support Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the experience of our teacher users by:

  • Facilitating engaging and impactful learning sessions through workshops, webinars, and training tailored for our educators.
  • Establishing valuable relationships both in-person and online to engage current and prospective teacher users during individual and group interactions.
  • Creating high-quality, scaffolded assessments that empower our teacher users to deliver exceptional learning experiences to their students.
  • Providing outstanding support to our teacher and student users by addressing incoming support inquiries.
  • Effectively managing multiple projects throughout our pilot and enterprise implementations.

Essential Skills

  • Educational Design Expertise: Passionate about developing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored for educational professionals. Proficient in creating, implementing, and assessing compelling learning experiences grounded in educational principles.
  • Relationship Development: Skilled in fostering connections in both one-on-one and group settings, whether in-person or online. Strong interpersonal abilities to quickly establish meaningful relationships.
  • Assessment Development: Experienced in designing high-quality, scaffolded assessments that adhere to educational best practices, enhancing learning and skill development.
  • User Support: Detail-oriented in problem-solving, providing exceptional support and services to users, educators, and students.
  • Project Management: Proven organizational skills in prioritization, discipline, and stakeholder engagement. Experienced in managing projects from inception to completion, both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 5 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, learning design, or related fields, with a focus on developing, delivering, and evaluating educational experiences.
  • Experience in providing support for software users.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently and collaboratively.
