We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking individual to spearhead new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth within highly regulated industries. This role seamlessly combines proactive prospecting with strategic account management to help organisations bolster safety, risk, and compliance outcomes through the effective deployment of modern digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product and consulting teams to deliver bespoke solutions that tackle real-world challenges in sectors such as mining, construction, energy, and government.

New Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects in target markets
  • Initiate client conversations and build relationships through a trusted advisor approach
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations and value propositions
  • Work with marketing on campaigns and attend trade shows to expand your network
  • Maintain an active opportunity pipeline using CRM software

Account Management & Client Growth:

  • Manage existing key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Support client renewals and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with product and consulting teams to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Help shape ongoing service delivery through customer feedback
  • Lead commercial discussions, prepare proposals, and business cases
  • Track pipeline health and provide regular forecasts and insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder selling
  • Experience in resources, construction, or compliance-driven sectors
  • Knowledge of EHS systems (e.g. Cority, Enablon, Velocity) is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
