About the Role:

As a Food Safety Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that supermarkets and large retailers maintain cleaner, safer and healthier environments.

">

  • Develop and maintain relationships with food retail customers to provide first-class support and solutions to their challenges.

  • Conduct regular visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers.

  • Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are using sanitizing solutions and equipment effectively and safely.

  • Assess workplace safety and environmental cleanliness at customer locations.

  • Identify new opportunities for growth and assist in servicing equipment and conducting basic repairs/maintenance if required.

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance.
