About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Trainee. This 12-month traineeship provides the opportunity to work towards a Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining valuable experience in administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the work unit.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and community networks.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes as required.
  • Input data and information into departmental databases and systems.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements.
