About the Role

The Specialist Clinics Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Specialist Clinics team. This will include coordinating tasks and duties related to the Specialist Clinics waitlist, working closely with the waitlist management Liaison Nurse, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Specialist Clinic bookings and registrations of referrals
  • Manage patient cancellations and rebookings
  • Assist with waitlist management and email correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the Specialist Clinics team

Requirements

  • Year 10 level English written and spoken
  • Knowledge of patient management systems (iPM, CPF, EMR)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Advanced telephone skills and clerical skills
  • Ability to provide quality customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team
