Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Opportunity:

Lumus Imaging is seeking a skilled Sonographer to join their team in Blackburn. As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology.

About the Role:

This is a casual (permanent) opportunity for a Sonographer to work on a full-time or part-time basis. You will be reporting to the South East – Ultrasound Coordinator and will be part of a team that values collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology
• Work with leading Radiologists to utilize the latest technology and systems
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain a commitment to quality and safety
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independently and as part of a team to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Qualified Sonographer with experience in Vascular, MSK, and Women's imaging
• ASAR Accreditation
• Commitment to quality and patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize busy workload
• Capable of working independently and in a team
