**Job Opportunity:** Banking Consultant, Runaway Bay QLD
Are you a skilled and enthusiastic banking professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Banking Consultant to join our team in Runaway Bay QLD. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate opportunities for deposits and home lending using agreed sales processes.
- Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager for initiatives to improve sales performance of the store.
- Assess customer needs through open and targeted communication with customers and recommend appropriate options using the agreed sales process.
- Provide accurate and timely service by processing over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals and transfers) in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Support and educate customers on how to use digital platforms for personal banking, empowering them to self-serve with online banking features.
- Provide support for digital onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers to make the most of their banking.
- Support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with our values.
