The company is seeking a dedicated and professional collections specialist to join them during this exciting period of growth. The Key Responsibilities

  • Collection of overdue consumer accounts (telecommunication, financial services, utility accounts) over 90 days in arrears.
  • Conducting skip tracing using various avenues.
  • Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in consumer or commercial collections, preferably in a mercantile environment.
  • Experience collecting on overdue accounts over 90 days in arrears.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a desire to collaborate with clients to achieve a successful outcome.
