As a consulting leader, you will play a key role in guiding clients through complex transformations, leading consulting teams, and supporting the growth and maturity of our regional practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable impact.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps.
  • Manage delivery teams and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactively resolve delivery issues.
  • Embed scalable methodologies and best practices in project execution.
  • Oversee governance structures and project reporting.
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues during project delivery.
People & Practice Development
  • Coach and mentor consultants to support career growth and skill development.
  • Lead development of new services, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Build and scale the regional practice with hiring, training, and operational leadership.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
  • Drive internal knowledge management and capability building.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and close consulting opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals and solution concepts.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and represent our company in the market.
  • Partner with global teams to introduce differentiated solutions and capabilities.
  • Leverage industry networks to position our company as a trusted advisor.
  • Support strategic account planning in partnership with sales.
Financial Management
  • Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
  • Contribute to regional and global financial reporting as needed.
