Civil Project Business Development Leader

To excel in this position, one must possess strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and projects. A proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is also essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for growing business and people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery with technical guidance, risk management, and quality assurance while balancing workload and promoting collaboration across offices. They will also play a key role in business development and client engagement, identifying new opportunities and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years' relevant experience. Relevant tertiary qualifications, CPEng/NER accreditation, and Registered Design Practitioner status are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have experience in civil related design and delivery of land development and building projects.
