Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the daily operations of our wellness centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in health and wellbeing, and most importantly, people.
Our multi-service wellness centre offers customers an escape from the overstimulated world we live in, to find their journey of health. We promote preventive and proactive services like floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage therapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience
- Managing booking systems, processing phone bookings, sales calls, and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and dressing rooms for customers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ensuring centre tidiness and performing cleaning tasks as required
- Selling guests packs and promoting additional services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy, with a heart for serving others
- Genuine interest in people, health, and wellness, with a passion for making a difference
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in booking systems, CRM, administration, and point of sale
- Current first aid certificate and CPR training
