Leadership Opportunity in Youth Mental Health Services

Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead their centres across Tweed Heads, Lismore, and Ballina.

The ideal candidate will provide clinical guidance and supervision to a multidisciplinary team delivering youth mental health services, oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and continuous service improvement, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legislative requirements.

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to a diverse team of mental health professionals
  • Develop and implement effective clinical governance strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth

This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, providing an opportunity to shape services that support young people's mental health, physical health, sexual health, alcohol and other drug concerns, and vocational/educational wellbeing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health nursing, or social work (with mental health accreditation)
  • Current professional registration (AHPRA or AASW)
  • Minimum 2 years experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in mental health, ideally within youth services
