Job Description:

The Manager, Priority Populations will work collaboratively with stakeholders to address the health needs of priority populations. This involves providing high-level strategic advice on programs and initiatives that promote health equity.

The role also includes managing clinical services and programs for women and youth, working closely with key partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes for priority populations
  • Provide leadership and management of women's and youth health services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address health inequities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or a related field
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including influencing workplace culture and leading change

  • High-level verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
