Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Automation Lead to join our diverse and global Cyber Threat and Incident Response team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our team's capabilities to detect, investigate and contain cyber threats. You will lead a global team of platform and application Engineers responsible for integrating systems and cross-platform scripting for automation and orchestration, driving roadmap and delivery, managing vendors and key stakeholders, and have the opportunity to be hands-on in designing, developing, integrating and deploying front-end applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years' experience leading and developing engineering teams
  • Engineering delivery leadership skill, cyber security experience highly regarded
  • Experience with systems integration and/or Python, preferably supporting cyber security or security adjacent teams. SaaS integration experience is a plus
  • Experience with fully automated build processes and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience in agile product development and strong delivery experience
  • Passionate about solving cyber security challenges through automation
  • Excellent listening and influencing skills, and the ability to develop and maintain good relationships between a complex set of global stakeholders and vendors
  • Exposure to Amazon AWS and Kubernetes desirable
  • Security platform experience desirable
