Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description:
A government department is seeking an experienced building estimator to work on diverse and exciting projects. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be proficient in estimating software, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects.
• Use estimating software to produce consistent and accurate client quotations.
• Assess and prepare precise estimates, quotations, and project trade packages.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance service delivery and achieve cost efficiencies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a building estimator, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
