We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction development projects in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage subcontractor teams to ensure top-notch work and smooth coordination across all stages.
  • Work with local authorities to schedule and manage building inspections, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Oversee all phases from site preparation to project completion.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships with external stakeholders, keeping everyone on the same page and moving forward.
  • Ensure you have the right people in the right place, optimizing the performance and efficiency of the team.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and various trades to bring designs to life.
  • Take charge of preparing and submitting detailed tenders, helping secure new projects and opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities are in line with local building regulations and safety standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety at every turn.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years in Construction Industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, engineering or architecture
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Construction White Card
  • Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform (Desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Great leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local regulations
