At our organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a Work Support Mentor who provides valuable end-to-end services of Post Placement Support to participants.

This role ensures that post placement support services are effectively delivered to participants and employers in an efficient and timely manner to assist with long-term job retention.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can develop solid relationships with both participants and employers in the provision of work supports.

The successful candidate will maximise work retention in sustainable employment via timely supports and interventions.

They will ensure each outcome type is maximised for positive performance and revenue impacts.

Also, they will ensure suitable and compliant documentary evidence has been obtained for claim submissions.

The candidate should be able to submit claims accurately and within agreed timelines.

Furthermore, they will manage progress fee payments in line with the workforce australia services deed, guidelines, and performance framework.
