
Senior Asset Leader

- Deliver high-quality day-to-day facilities services that meet the needs of the Centre team and enhance the customer experience.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities to improve the asset's operational and environmental performance.
- Coach and support the facilities team to perform at their best, building a culture of ownership, safety, and service excellence.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset life cycle plan, clearly outlining facilities priorities and capital needs.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure services are delivered to a high standard and in line with expectations.
- Take the lead in responding to emergencies or incidents in the centre, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation in line with our processes.
- Oversee all maintenance, repair, and capital works projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that support the long-term performance of the centre.
- You will have relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, facilities management, or other customer service environment.
- You will be a strong people leader with proven experience leading teams.
- You will have Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Trade, Building Services or Facilities Management.
- You will possess commercial expertise to manage financials and provide recommendations on operating and capital costs.
