Property Management Executive Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in managing high-quality office assets and negotiating significant leases.

A strong understanding of the office sector and retail property would be beneficial, as well as exceptional leadership skills and interpersonal abilities.

The Property Management Executive will lead a team of property professionals and work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and exceed financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary property management teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop strategic plans to maximize property performance and revenue growth
  • Drive property financial performance and meet or exceed budgeted targets
  • Manage public liability, fire safety, and essential services compliance
  • Ensure building systems meet compliance standards
  • Coordinate leasing campaigns and lease renewals
Requirements:
  • At least seven years' experience in property/asset management
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-quality prime grade office assets
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage an independent profit centre and drive financial performance
  • Familiarity with the office sector and retail property
