**ROLE**

Reporting to the Team Leader of Community Fundraising and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Community Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for:

- Building and engaging relationships with community groups, Third-Party fundraisers and supporters.
- Executing a community fundraising strategy to increase growth and revenue.
- Supporting the coordination and activation of fundraising initiatives. You will oversee community fundraising processes, financial reporting and support the Community Fundraising Team Leader.
- Some out of hours work on occasion to attend events/cheque presentations.

The role is varied and would suit a skilled fundraising coordinator looking to take their next step in fundraising, possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a positive can-do attitude whilst effectively managing relationships to drive engagement and support with a broad range of stakeholders.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- 2-3 years in a fundraising coordinator position or relevant transferable experience in events with knowledge of fundraising _preferable _
- Demonstrated drive and motivation
- Ability to build, foster and sustain relationships (internally and externally)
- Strong presentation and clear communication skills
- Able to communicate clearly and openly with different audiences
- Driven to achieve targets with willingness to learn
