About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Delivery and Operations Officer to join our team at Flinders University. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of training programs and practical activities to support our Curriculum Impact strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and growth-focused individual who can contribute to an inclusive and innovative team culture. As a Program Delivery and Operations Officer, you will provide program support, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage work processes, and handle tasks to ensure training programs and activities run smoothly.

The successful applicant will collaborate with the Team Leader and other staff members to implement new initiatives, contribute to project management and effective operations delivery of various innovation and entrepreneurial programs, and maintain training resources and information up-to-date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of training programs and practical activities to support the Curriculum Impact strategy.
  • Provide program support and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage work processes and handle tasks to ensure training programs and activities run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and other staff members to implement new initiatives.
  • Contribute to project management and effective operations delivery of various innovation and entrepreneurial programs.
  • Maintain training resources and information up-to-date.

Key Requirements

  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong digital literacy skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks within a dynamic work environment.
  • Able to communicate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 suite, Canvas or other online learning resources (desirable).
  • Experience in contributing to the operational delivery of programs and/or projects (some exposure to Project Management is highly desirable).
