Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery
  • Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work)
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Valid Australian driver's license and ability to travel within designated service areas
