We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to lead our care team and drive high-quality, person-centred care for our residents.
This role involves managing staff, conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, and ensuring all care practices meet regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for residents, their families, and staff.
About The Role- Lead clinical assessments and develop personalised care plans
- Implement infection control procedures and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards
- Mentor and support care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage staff performance, rosters, and professional development
- Collaborate with external health providers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Clinical Leadership

- Care Planning and Coordination
- Infection Control and Compliance
- A Registered Division 1 Nurse with current National Practicing Registration
- Minimum two years' experience post completion of graduate year
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large teams
- Excellent problem-solving and care planning skills
- Proficient with computerised documentation systems and records
- Experience in residential aged care setting
