Job Opportunity: Site Manager

This is a challenging leadership role that requires a capable and experienced professional to oversee on-the-ground construction delivery across various projects. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with program, budget, and compliance standards.

  • Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards and conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
  • Manage program scheduling, daily targets, and short-term lookaheads.
  • Monitor site quality, compliance, and contract specifications.
  • Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and defects close-out.
  • Work closely with project managers on claims, variations, and progress reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in residential or commercial construction.
  • A solid understanding of Class 2 building practices, design and construct delivery, and live-site coordination.
  • Experience with remediation, upgrades, or complex retrofit projects is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Loop, SharePoint, or similar site management platforms.
  • A White Card and relevant construction tickets.
