Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee commercial and government projects. This role is dedicated to one project at a time, enabling you to focus on quality delivery without the distraction of juggling multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Drive construction programs and maintain project timelines.
  • Report to and collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or government projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology, safety, and compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, programs, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
