Shine People Solutions is an Aboriginal-owned recruitment agency assisting companies in hiring Indigenous executives and professionals. We are working with a start-up organisation to appoint several Indigenous Leaders as Board Members based in Perth or the Pilbara region. The Board Members will play a crucial role in developing the company's structure, strategic direction, and corporate governance. These are Indigenous Identified roles open only to applicants who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

This business aims to be an innovative player in the renewable energy/recycling space, focusing initially on opportunities in the Pilbara region, with potential for growth into other regions. The Board members will help create and establish the organisation, whose philanthropic mission is to invest profits for positive change across industry and local Aboriginal communities in employment, economic participation, and education.

We are seeking talented individuals who can contribute their expertise and passion to drive the company's success. To succeed in these roles, you must convey alignment with the values of the organisation, prioritising environmental sustainability, green energy, renewables, and recycling. Collaborate with the expertise and experience of this board to work through the process of setting up the company.

- Previous experience in a start-up would be highly regarded.
