ICT Procurement Specialist

The role will be responsible for:

  • Procurement Documentation - Drafting procedural, governance, and procurement documentation relating to ICT procurement with minimal direction.
  • Tender Evaluation and Scheduling - Supporting ICT tender evaluation processes and managing procurement schedules.
  • Contract Management - Performing contract management duties for a range of ICT contracts, including administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling ICT vendor management meetings.
  • Compliance and Reporting - Monitoring compliance and producing procurement reports as required.
  • Quality Assurance - Performing quality assurance on procedural, governance, and procurement documentation.
  • Administrative Activities - Performing administrative activities over the procurement lifecycle for ICT procurement facilitated by the ICT VMO.
  • Correspondence Coordination - Coordinating and administering procurement-related correspondence.
  • Risk Assessments - Developing and administering ICT-focused procurement and contract management risk assessments.
  • Advice and Guidance - Providing advice and guidance on procurement and contract management to internal stakeholders.
  • Professional Communication - Communicating using professional judgment, evaluating risks in the context of a complex and changing environment.

Security Requirements

Applicants will be required to obtain a Police Check and have the ability to obtain and maintain minimum Baseline Clearance.
