Leading Facilities Manager for Global Banking Sector

**Job Overview**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CBRE as a Senior Facilities Coordinator, responsible for managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Lead: Oversee the facility maintenance management and safety programs, ensuring compliance with account KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Maintenance Coordination: Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating the Annual Opex and Capex program and budgets, working closely with clients and team members.
  • General Maintenance Requests: Coordinate general maintenance requests, ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLAs, and assist in managing contractor site inductions.
  • Reporting and Client Service: Collate monthly and quarterly reports, attend to client service requests, including key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline.
  • Support and Development: Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: Technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred, with M&E knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Software Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.
