Facilities Operations Specialist

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Facilities Operations Specialist to manage maintenance requests across our sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for triaging incoming maintenance tickets, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage of maintenance requests: Review, prioritize, and allocate incoming maintenance tickets via our internal system.
  • Liaison with contractors: Coordinate with established contractors or source new providers as needed to address maintenance tasks.
  • Progress monitoring: Track the status of work orders to ensure timely completion and quality of service.
  • Maintenance management: Oversee outstanding maintenance tasks, obtain quotes, and present recommendations for capital expenditure consideration.
  • Budget alignment: Ensure all quotes and maintenance plans align with allocated resources and escalate where necessary.
