We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance / Grounds Officer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, including minor projects, physical labor, and operating equipment safely.

This is a full-time fixed-term position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintenance skills and experience in a building trade or similar environment
  • Ability to carry out physical tasks, including bending and heavy lifting
  • Comfortable working in various conditions, such as indoors, outdoors, or at heights
  • Knowledge of reticulation systems, including installation, operation, maintenance, and repair
  • Ability to operate and maintain gardening and maintenance machinery and equipment safely
  • Basic computer literacy skills to access a database system
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
