We're looking for an experienced QA Manager to join our team and drive excellence across quality assurance operations.

About the Role

As a QA Manager, you'll lead our QA function to deliver high-quality solutions, overseeing a diverse group of QA professionals to ensure precision and consistency.

This role includes managing and mentoring a globally distributed QA team, planning and prioritizing QA activities, defining and improving QA processes and standards, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have

  • A minimum of 5 years in quality assurance roles, with at least 2 years leading QA teams.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify Plus and Commercetools.
  • Experience with test management suites such as X-Ray or Zephyr.
  • Proven track record of managing offshore and onshore teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Advanced knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
