Senior Ecommerce Quality Assurance Leader

As a mid-senior level QA Manager, you will lead our quality assurance function to drive excellence across every ecommerce project.
You will oversee a diverse group of QA professionals to ensure our work is delivered with precision and meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and mentoring a globally distributed QA team, providing coaching, guidance, and career development support.
- Planning and prioritizing QA activities across multiple client ecommerce projects, ensuring resources are aligned with delivery schedules and team capacity.
- Defining, reviewing, and improving QA processes and standards, making recommendations, and implementing changes that lift efficiency and quality outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years in quality assurance roles, with at least 2 years leading QA teams.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify Plus and Commercetools.
- Experience with test management suites such as X-Ray or Zephyr.
- Proven track record of managing offshore and onshore teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
