About the Job
  • Coordination and Venue Setup: Oversee the preparation and delivery of Territory Leagues on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a well-organized environment for all participants.
  • Match Support and Supervision: Greet teams upon arrival, distribute equipment, direct them to match courts, and ensure the maintenance of fair play throughout matches.
  • Court Inspection and Communication: Regularly inspect the courts to confirm they are ready for use and promptly inform teams if any issues arise that may impact gameplay.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess competition structures and procedures, proposing enhancements as necessary to optimize the overall experience.
About You
  • Prioritization and Initiative: Demonstrate exceptional people management skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and showcase initiative in driving project success.
  • Sport-Specific Knowledge and Familiarity: Possess comprehensive knowledge of tennis rules, etiquette, and scoring systems, along with proficiency in relevant software and technology.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to guide Team Supervisors when required and foster a collaborative environment among participants.
  • Compliance and Screening: Capable of obtaining current Police Check and Working with Children Check to meet regulatory requirements.
