League Coordinator

We are seeking a Territory League Coordinator to oversee the coordination and delivery of Territory Leagues on a weekly basis.
- Inspect courts to ensure they are ready for play, notifying teams of any issues or weather-related disruptions.
- Supervise venues during matches, assist in resolving on-court matters and assign Team Supervisors as needed.
- Communicate weekly incidents, injuries, or issues with the Competitions & Tournaments Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people management skills, be able to demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks while handling conflicts effectively.
- Ability to learn sport-specific competition software and systems.
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check is required (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work varying hours and make arrangements related to Tennis NT activities.
Purpose: To deliver a high-quality Territory League experience through efficient venue coordination and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Territory League schedules and communication with participating teams.
- Maintain accurate records of league performance and team standings.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the player and spectator experience.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Tennis scoring rules, etiquette, and non-umpired match procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
