About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our management team as a corporate business systems manager. This role will involve working closely with senior executives and other managers to strengthen and optimise the organisation's corporate business functions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate shared services environments and related roles, with a strong understanding of poverty, hardship, service access, and social justice. They will also have experience in staff management, project implementation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the organisation's corporate business functions, including assets and facilities, WHS, and IT.
  • Work closely with external ICT providers and major suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage key contracts that support operations, in collaboration with the CFO.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Substantial experience in corporate shared services environments and related roles.
  • Experience in staff management, project implementation, and analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
