Strategic Consultant Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our Deals Strategy team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role based in either Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne. You'll lead teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy. Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements. Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance. Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects. Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems through quantitative thinking. Collaborative, ethical, and adaptable with excellent communication skills. Passion for continuous growth and professional development.
