Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Compliance and Dispute Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing and investigating disputed transactions, providing superior levels of internal and external customer service, and collaborating with government agencies to resolve claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and investigate disputed transactions to identify recovery opportunities and mitigate losses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to and managing customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and execute solutions.
  • Work with clients to collect and document information to resolve outstanding disputes.
  • Ensure all Dispute cases are handled in accordance with scheme regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and knowledge across transactions or payments with investigation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise work to ensure enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supported by a collaboration mindset.
  • Well-developed attention to detail skills and good judgement with skills and depth across critical thinking, analysing, and assessing.
