Job Description

As a civil law professional, you will be responsible for delivering administrative services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people. This role involves providing support to lawyers with various tasks associated with the civil law team.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain accurate records and prepare correspondence and legal documents.

  • Assist lawyers with all administrative activities related to the civil law team.
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents, including briefs and file notes.
  • Perform data entry, searches, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, and collect and distribute mail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
