We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrative Officer to join our team in the administration of the Civil Law Legal Aid Scheme. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders.

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and governance activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as organising and allocating incoming correspondence, data entry, opening and finalising files, maintaining electronic file records in accordance with established protocols, and preparing correspondence.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to grants of aid, client referrals and file issues.
  • Ensuring appropriate grants of aid are allocated and recorded to the electronic record.
  • Acting as a direct contact for our panel of approved legal practitioners, responding to enquiries and providing information about our guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
