Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and refining quality and accreditation management processes
  • Providing practical support and advice on quality processes, compliance, and safety
  • Leading and mentoring the Quality Accreditation team members
  • Managing complaints and quality improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g. Social Science, Clinical, Management)
  • Certificate IV or above in Management
  • Demonstrated experience in using and understanding Quality Management Systems and databases
  • Understanding of current aged care and community service industry trends and models of service delivery
