Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Framework Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing robust automation frameworks that ensure the reliability of complex banking infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting our next-generation test automation framework, leading the evolution of our continuous testing strategy within our CI/CD pipeline, and driving automation initiatives across our platform components: lending, payments, KYC, and core banking.

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the automation efforts for a comprehensive banking platform, encompassing everything from customer onboarding to core banking operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
  • API testing expertise (e.g. REST, GraphQL)
  • CI/CD pipeline development (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Mobile testing automation (e.g. Appium, XCUITest, Espresso)
  • Performance testing experience
  • Cloud platform knowledge (AWS)
