Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive automation frameworks to ensure seamless execution of test strategies.
  • Leading a team of automation testers in an onshore/offshore model to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with Information Technology.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in UI, API automation, and mobile application testing using Selenium, Appium, and Postman.

Proficiency in BDD/TDD, code coverage tools, build automation tools, and CI/CD tools is also highly desired.

Additional Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline.
  • Good experience on mobile automation solutions like UFT Mobile.
Nice to Have

While not essential, exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space and knowledge on GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot are valued assets.
