Job Title: Automation Framework Lead

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for developing frameworks according to specifications for large and complex projects. You will use project management methodologies to create project plans, implement quantitative project management techniques to measure and manage them. Additionally, you will be involved in improvement initiatives that inspire improvements across our Quality Assurance and Engineering activities.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Automation Development Experience
  • Core JAVA and C# Programming Expertise
  • Expertise in Selenium, UFT, SoapUI, Rest Assured, and Postman
  • Strong knowledge on Containerization using Docker
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and DevOps Architecture Design
  • Knowledge on MongoDB, SQL Developer, TOAD, and Git
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Ability to Work Independently
  • Hands-on experience on API Automation, Web and Mobile Automation
  • Expertise in Mainframe Automation with Policy Administration System
  • Experience on Guidewire Policy center, Guidewire Billing center, Guidewire Claim center
  • Experience on JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence
  • Knowledge on Insurance Process specifically related to Actuarial, Underwriting, Pricing, and Handling of Premiums
