The Rostering & Staffing Specialist operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly supportive team that values professionalism, high-quality work, and efficient processes.

This is a permanent full-time position reporting directly to our General Manager. We are seeking an experienced rostering professional who can manage day, afternoon, and night shifts across our direct, contracting, and labour hire workforce.

We value employees who can effectively communicate with staff on site, maintain confidential rostering information, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.

  • Extensive experience in staff (direct, contractors, and labour hire) rostering is mandatory.
