* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to DER.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the energy sector is desirable.
