Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Associate to join our team at Sea World Resort on the beautiful Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in and check-out process
  • Collect, store and deliver guest luggage
  • Assist with guest needs, provide information and resolve general guest concerns
  • Prepare internal reports and arrivals for the next day
  • Cash handling and accounts reconciliation

Requirements:

  • A high level of interpersonal skills
  • Experience working under pressure and in a team environment
  • Passion and drive for exceptional customer service
  • Dedicated to excellence and to produce exceptional results
  • Available to work on any day including weekends and nights
