Drive Strategic Decisions

We are seeking a Senior Finance Leader to lead our finance function, delivering high-quality insights, systems, and processes that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

  • Lead the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial close, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury, debtor management, and project bonding requirements.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in line with business objectives.
  • Review and challenge project financial summaries, cost-to-complete forecasts, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain oversight of payroll approvals, controls, and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and statutory obligations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering capability and collaboration.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A CPA or CA qualification (essential).
  • Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or resources.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, compliance, and reporting.
  • A track record in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience overseeing payroll, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
